Please read our terms and policies carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfactory auction experience.

Product Descriptions

Please Note:

  • The original description you see with the picture is the Amazon description, auto-populated by scanning the box.
  • Our personal additions to the description indicate whether the item is new or open box, and any observed defects will be noted in the second description.


Condition Definitions:

  • Factory Sealed: Item has never been sold or used, sold as new but may have been opened for inspection.
  • Appears New: Might have been sold and opened before but looks unused or very gently used.
  • Open Box: Has probably been used, not tested, sold as is, may or may not be in great condition, may be missing parts.
  • Damaged: Has something wrong with it, may be minor or major, sold as is.

Refund Policy

We aim for customer satisfaction on every purchase. Please read the descriptions and view all photos carefully before bidding.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are given for items marked “appears new” or “factory sealed” if they are damaged or not working.
  • No refunds are provided for “open box” or “damaged” items.

24 Hour Functional Guarantee:

  • Within 24 hours, you may return items for functionality defects only on “appears new” and “factory sealed” items. No other reasons are accepted.
  • The item must be returned to the warehouse prior to the refund being issued.
  • We are not responsible for wrong or mistaken bidding. Once you bid, it is a binding agreement.

Holding Item Policy

Due to limited holding space and high auction volume, please adhere to our holding item policy:

  • If you cannot pick up your items on loadout day (the pickup day provided in your invoice), Contact Us Here with the date you will pick up your items (within 2 days past loadout day).
  • After 2 days, items will be forfeited and re-auctioned. No exceptions and no refunds.

Extreme Circumstances:

  • If extreme circumstances prevent you from picking up your items, Contact Us Here, and we will try to accommodate you. No calls or texts will be honored; we need an email submitted through the form.

Forfeited Items Policy

Forfeiture of Non-Pickup Items:

  • Items not picked up within the specified time frame (loadout day plus 2 days if you contact us before end of loadout day) will be considered forfeited.
  • Forfeited items will be re-auctioned, and any funds paid for the items will be forfeited to satisfy the terms of sale.
  • No refunds or chargebacks will be issued for forfeited items.
  • Ownership of forfeited items will revert back to Deals 4 U, and the items will be re-auctioned without further notice to the original purchaser.

Pickup Instructions

Location:

  • Address: 601 E. Pawnee, in the Galaxy Audio Building, beside Churches Chicken.
  • Pickup will be on the west side of the building at the main dock. Turn south on St. Francis from Pawnee, and you will see the dock on your left. Park and walk up to the dock for assistance.

  • Ensure you have adequate resources and help to load your items.

Handling Surcharge

An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction to offset elevated freight and processing costs.

Payment and Shipping

  • All credit cards will be processed as soon as the auction ends.
  • If you are tax-exempt or want to pay with cash, notify us by Contacting Us Here.
  • If your card is declined and your items are not paid for by the end of the original loadout, you can pay cash at the time of pickup, but no change will be available.


Shipping:

  • Shipping is available through Metro Courier (316-522-8008). Arrange your own shipping directly with them.
  • General rates: Approximately $20 for any box under 40 lbs and $7.50 for each additional box under 40 lbs.
  • Contact Metro Courier for specific costs and details. You will pay Metro Courier directly for shipping, and they will pick up from our warehouse.
